LFP prismatic. The smallest unit of the system, and the one that decides everything else. We use 314 Ah cells from a vetted Tier-1 supply chain, IR-sorted and EOL-tested in-house before they enter the line.
Eight cells, servo-aligned and laser-welded. Side-cooled with PCM padding for thermal homogeneity. Cell-monitoring sensors and two NTCs feed the pack-level BMS.
12 packs in series — or 8, depending on container layout. Aerosol fire-suppression standard, with smoke and per-pack temperature monitoring. The rack is the unit a forklift sees.
The SI-C5 is a complete 5 MWh BESS in a 20-ft container. Liquid-cooled, fire-suppressed, EMS-onboard. Roll it off the truck, plug it into the grid, run a FAT, and you're commissioning.
