Phase 1 of the Sanand facility is commissioning in 2026. The plant is laid out as a single unidirectional flow — cells enter the east bay, packs leave the west, containers are dressed in the dispatch yard.

Cell EOL

Voltage, IR, capacity, dimensional. 100% of incoming cells. Out-of-spec cells return to supplier.

Module EOL

DCIR, hipot at 2.5 kVAC, thermal balance, BMS handshake. 100% of modules.

Pack EOL

Full capacity cycle, balancing, communication test, fire-suppression valve test.

Rack hipot

2.5 kVAC, 1 minute, < 1 mA leakage. Pyro-fuse continuity.

Container FAT

Grid simulation, ride-through, EMS commissioning, HVAC stress.

Site SAT

On-site acceptance with customer + EPC, 100-cycle break-in.

Sourced. Vetted.

We're transparent about the BoM. Cells are imported from a Tier-1 LFP supplier and IR-tested in-house before they enter the line. Everything else — BMS, thermal, structural, BoM — is sourced from India where viable, with a 65% Make-in-India ratio targeted by 2027.
